Coming up on the 6th year anniversary of Fukushima nuclear plant disaster. So tragic…with an ever lingering effect. After reading an update in 2014…detailing “the impact, three years on, is now starting to show”, I made these requiem paintings of bluefin tuna…the fish most affected by the radiation.
